How It Works
We only ship to the domestic US. When we receive your order we will ship your package as soon as possible and charge you a flat rate of $8.95. If you spend over $50 on the site, you will earn free shipping!

We will package your jewelry safely for it's journey, but if you ever have a problem and are not completely satisfied, please read the sections below for returns and warranty, and don't hesitate to contact us!
RETURNS
A Few Short Steps
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will exchange it or offer a refund, based upon your preference, on the original payment method. In addition, please note the following: (i) Products can be returned only in the country in which they were originally purchased; and (ii) Items marked as final sale are not eligible for return.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
Essential Information
When we receive a valid warranty claim for a product purchased from us, we will either repair the relevant defect or replace the product. If we are unable to repair or replace the product within a reasonable time, the customer will be entitled to a full refund upon the prompt return of the product to us. We will pay for shipment of repaired or replaced products to the customer and the customer will be responsible for the return shipment of the product to us.
